Here is the out look for later this month, The U.K looks to be heading for a deep freeze while the lower 48 will see near average or slightly below average temps. Winter is not over by a long shot. Most of the Northern Hemisphere will be cooler. This will be something to watch. It is said that this sudden stratospheric warm up will be well underway by the 11th of February.
